Right of withdraw 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us: contact@hectorandfriends.com . You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to: contact@hectorandfriends.com.

Return the item with the original proof of purchase to us immediately to the following address: Studio Poligraficzno – Reklamowe, ul. Felinskiego 24, 01-569 Warsaw, Poland. 

Return & refunds

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  2. Your item must be in the original packing. 
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Complaints

If the product purchased from us proves to be defective, you have the right to report  it based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: contact@hectorandfriends.com or by post to 11 Ancill Close, W6 8EP, London, United Kingdom.

The complained goods should be sent to the following address: Studio Poligraficzno – Reklamowe, ul. Felinskiego 24, 01-569 Warsaw, Poland.

In connection with the defect, you can request:

• exchange the item for one free of defects,

• removing the defect.

or make a statement about:

• price reduction,

• withdrawal from the contract – in the event of a material defect.

We are responsible to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the item. You can file a complaint within a year of noticing a defect, but the time for filing a complaint may not end before the seller’s liability period has expired.

Consideration of your complaint (response to it) will take place within 7 days from the date we receive your complaint.
